Before you call, email or book online you should have the information below:
- Pickup / drop off location (s)
Pricing is usually based on the location. In order to get you an accurate rate, it is necessary to have this information.
- Flight information
Have your schedule pickup time, airline and flight number as well as the city the plane is arriving from. This means that if you have a layover, it would be the flight coming in from that city you had the layover in.
- The number of people that will need transportation
In order to book the proper fitting vehicle for you, this information is very important. It is against the law to have more people in a vehicle than the vehicle can hold. So if our chauffeur got to your location and you have more people that the maximum allowed on the vehicle, those people would not be able to come aboard. And that would be sad :-(
- What time and how many hours would you like the vehicle for?
On Friday and Saturday evenings, most companies have an hourly minimum. In order to quote you the most cost effective price, the pickup and drop off times are key factors in determining how many hours you'll need the vehicle for.
- Credit Card
Have a credit card ready to book your vehicle. Without one, most companies won't let you reserve one. Typically expect 10-50% down, with the remainder due prior to your reservation.
